March 15, 2022 - Nous avons peu la chance de boire un vin de Cinsault sans assemblage. Ici le vigneron sud-africain JC Wickens nous offre cette opportunité. La robe est très brillante, rubis et limpide. Un nez bien épicé, notes de girofle sur des fruits rouges. La bouche est simple, droite et directe. Toute en fruit. Elle est dénudée de tanins. Facile à boire et surtout à boire pour l’expérience d’un 100% Cinsault.
