November 29, 2022 - citrus (lime, grapefruit), unripe white pulp fruits, hint of grass, a bit of smokey minerals, nice high acid. good flavour concentration.

July 26, 2022 - Artisans of the Wine Galaxy (Upstairs at the Dolphin Hotel): A slightly green, unripe herbaceous notes, grapefruit...savoury, earth and mineral notes underpin this. In the mouth it's juicy and savoury, quite hard, green hued, alcohol warmth lends length and greasy fatness to the mid palate. Hmm.
