September 24, 2023 - Lovely silky smooth. The nose is a bit retained although lovely flowerbed and red fruit arise. The mouthfeel is great with an elegance and softness hard to match. Medium body with all the sangiovese characteristics and loads of vibrant red mature cherries, rhubarb and macerated strawberry. Long finish with lovely balance and weight.

August 31, 2023 - Magic for me. A lovely chianti with great clarity and finesse. I love this style which to me is somehow delicate but also really complete in terms of flavour.

Maybe a niche note but may help some: This cork did not play particularly well with my coravin and took a long time to reseal. May have been an individual bottle, but I would be weary about storing for too long after coravining.

    April 13, 2023 - 6 hour decant.

A bit too spicy for my taste. First half of the sip is alluring and enjoyable, but the spice takes over halfway and dominates the palate.

January 9, 2023 - (100% Sangiovese, 14% Alkohol, pH 3.28, 5.88g Säure, 27.53 g/l Trockenextrakt, 22 Monate in 500 Liter Tonneaux ausgebaut, 30% Neuholz) Mittleres Rubinrot.
