  April 24, 2024 - Largely consistent with my last note: intense acid and stone, zippy almost effervescent. Most notable is the tense balance between the sweetness and acid, but in between is a cool airiness that many kabis seem to lack. Fantastic.

  January 26, 2024 - No detailed TN. Almost a year since I've last had a bottle, this was showing decent progress as it seems the acidity has begun to meld into the wine, resulting in sweet and sour yellow fruit, lemonade, tart tropical fruit, and a brisk minerality/wet stone. Very easy to drink, this can still go further, but no qualms drinking it now.

  July 21, 2023 - Off dry Riesling with a beautiful fresh and precise acidity and sweet yet elegant fruit notes. Not super complex but very enjoyable. I enjoy Kabinett Riesling young and aged. They offer so much freshness and fun when young but with a couple of years on it they develop beautiful soft tertiary notes. This one can easily age a decade or two. (IG)
