August 26, 2023 - Awesome Cali chardonnay… Just the right balance between oak and acidity. A fat, lingering taste of yellow apples and lemon zests. And the minerality is there to wrap it up. Matched perfectly with a chanterelle toast.

August 8, 2023 - Matchstick, lemon, baked apple on the nose. Clean entry, nice salinity and minerality. Pretty good acidity to let this bottling age a bit. Nice mid-palate weight and lengthy finish. A more Burgundian approach to Chardonnay, but not to be confused with Burgundy. Great fruit source, and I really like Sandhi’s white wines; can definitely sense Jim Clenendon’s influence on Raj
