March 12, 2022 - Popped the cork and immediately a toffee bliss in the air, albeit ephemeral. And coffee and mocha. Eventually a hint of caramel and fruit. Specifically overripe bananas (hints of the 1908 D’Oliveiras Boal) @ Gramercy Tavern
