April 5, 2016 - Pours as clear as water. Fresh cream and subtle banana and raw almond notes on nose and palate. Crisp, clean and on the lighter side in body. Seduces with its finesse. Lovely.

June 25, 2009 - Ripened banana nose; finish is slightly hot. Cherry and banana flavour components are present and distinctly separate. Creamy almost like a tapioca. Could benefit from more acid...seems soft, not interesting. Disappointing.
