April 15, 2024 - Saline lemons, nectarine, passion fruit, lime juice. Classic. Super crisp, super fresh, high acidity, fantastic grip on the finish. Definitely a little more tired than last summer/spring, waiting on more 22/23 vintages to start showing up.

September 13, 2023 - Medium gold in color; nectarines and lemon zest on the nose; high acidity; tastes like honeydew, lemons, and saline with a grapefruit aftertste with a long finish. Nellie likes it. It pairs really well with Spanish Chicken & Rice.

September 5, 2023 - Very refreshing summer wine. Notes of nectarine minerality and a good salinity. Pairs excellent with briny oysters and other seafood

May 10, 2023 - Wine Cellar - Undiscovered Gems from France, Spain, USA and beyond (Wine Cellar): A pleasing, bright freshness on the nose, with aromas of quince, pineapple and yellow apple that segue into yellow flower, fresh herbs/Alpine flowers, chalk dust and Asian Pear. The palate is well-balanced and focused, with a breadth of fruit and equally great concentration all underscored by a saline-edged acidity, salted lemon and a hint of almond. The long finish is pithy, almost phenolic, but very enjoyable.
