July 9, 2023 - Disgorged June 2021 with a dosage of 4 gr/l, bottle no. 0394 of 2,000 bottles produced. Subtle but layered nose with aromas of hazelnut, dried fruit and acacia (autolysis); the palate displays good weight and ripeness, is elegant and harmonious, with subtle bitters and lovely tension provided by the typical minerally energy of Bouzy; complete finish, good length. A stylish and unshowy wine.

April 25, 2023 - Great champagne! Nose with yeast, apple and minerality. Fine bubbles, dry and digestable with apple and minerality. On the palate there's some hints of red fruit. Great fresh and long finish. Wow.

August 29, 2022 - Introduction of Champagne Brigitte Beaufort (Restaurant The Lobby Fizeaustraat, Hotel V, Amsterdam, NL): A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, 100% Bouzy Grand Cru, harvested 19-27 September 2012, disgorged June 2021. There is great tension in this wine between the spicy richness of the Pinot Noir fruit and the steely acidity, creamy mousse, floral lift from the Chardonnay, jasmin, remarkable balance, elegance and finesse, just a hint of bittters on the finish. A very gastronomic Champagne.
