September 8, 2009 - David Adelsheim Tasting (Waterford Wine Company): Aromatic for Chard. Nose of cheese, nuts, ripe ripe apples (almost cider), and lime.
Fat on the palate (relative to prior wines) but with loads of acidity. Red apples, very faint and subtle notes of oak and spice.
Long finish. Gorgeous. -

August 27, 2009 - Nice nose of vanilla and sweet fruit. Well balanced flavors of pear, apricot and some carmel on the finish. Would pair well with fruit, cheese or a white fish like halibut.
