May 3, 2024 - A steely note appeared, beside the quince and apple. The ripe acidity is really utterly delicious.

August 27, 2023 - Quince on the nose. On the palate there’s yellow apple too with a medium body and really great acidity. Medium length.

July 27, 2023 - Well respected young generation winemaker and also admired by myself, its a third wine I am tasting and its another hit for me. Aged in oak for 12 months, 1/3 in new, second and third fill and 6 months in tank. Pale lemon colour, golden hue. Intense perfumed aroma of apple, lemon peel, acacia, stone, peach. Medium body, well structured and elegant with smooth texture, steely bone dry high acidity, zesty drying finish.
