Community Tasting Notes 2

October 28, 2007 - A little past its prime, but still enjoyable. Subtle cherry on the nose. Medium garnet and clear on the rim. Plum and mineral on the palate. Heavy, but not sweet. Alcohol showing. OK for a Sun night wine with beef stew.

November 19, 2002 - A pleasant Beaujolais. We served it with roast chicken, which was pretty good. It never had a ton of body -- even when later served with pizza (11/23), but it was a fun, fruity wine nonetheless.
