Peach cobbler, honey, beeswax, fresh orange peel/zest, fresh oregano, Meyer lemon, dried apple. M+/Full body with a rich heavy texture (almost unctuous, despite being completely dry). M+ acid with a slight pleasant orange vinaigrette tang on the finish. M+ finish. Interesting. Enjoyable.
