April 11, 2024 - Very young, but surprisingly approachable. Amazing wine. Decanted and enjoyed with a ribeye. Perfect match.

September 16, 2023 - Really solid but I didn't enjoy it quite as much as I expected.
Absiolutely beautiful nose, ripe and herbaceous. Very elevated and elegant but still powerful.
Tasted of some cedar/cigar box notes, slight graphite, refined tannins (could use some time! I think this will be much better in 5yrs) black/purple fruits, mint/menthol.

September 11, 2023 - Solid old school style. Sour cherry, black plum, dark chocolate, herbs, cigar, bay leaves, mineral…. Over a lot going on but too young even with a long decent.

June 18, 2023 - Tasted at the winery on release. Subdued nose on this young wine. Sour cherry and sweet plum/plum skin. A bit of cocoa. Give this a long time. Classic old school elegant Napa profile. Good acidity and very balanced.
