February 18, 2023 - Worked well paired with sushi. Unoaked, fresh and crisp, fruity , some bitterness and a yeasty finish.

July 21, 2022 - Nose: Yeasty on opening, but that goes away quickly. Some oil/iron filings. Soft fruit, maybe lychee.

Palate: Very soft light entry. Sweet apple note with cinnamon. Pleasant enough but quite uninteresting.
