June 17, 2023 - Veldig lineær sammenlignet med Ferrum, men er veldig pent laget med kledelig fatpreg. Minus for litt vandig munnfølelse, pluss for lang og god finish. Litt lavere enn middels syre, men frisk fruktkarakter veier litt opp. Antar litt lavere modning i druematerialet enn Ferrum, som gir enklere fruktkarakter. Den er ganske steinete også, det liker jeg godt.

Ganska runt och fint, krispig och syrligt. Lite päron på nosen. Smaken är fräsch syrlig, liten stenfrukt. Lite mineralitet. Som en bättre petit chablis. Ganska lättdrucket, enkelt och gott. -
