March 10, 2023 - Tasted at Tre Bicchieri NYC. Translucent medium garnet. Smokey nose, lacks acidity, round, somewhat typical of a warm vintage but lacks detail and depth. Probably needs much more air than this event allows. Certainly not as good as other pro reviewers suggest in this instance.
