April 16, 2024 - Deep ruby color. Aromas of dark cherry, plums, raspberries, licorice, spices, coffee, vanilla. High acidity, ripe fruit, firm tannins. Full body. Modern and easy going.

February 24, 2024 - Excellent balance of acidity. Plenty of fruit and rich body. Slight tannin structure was approachable but still was able to add a pleasant strength to the mouthfeel. This paired very well with a hearty lasagna.
