  September 22, 2012 - First one was oxidized, but this was not. Super floral, ripe ripe stonefruit, lychee nose. Palate is moderately rich with low acid. Fleshy, viscous finish. Could be fun to blind and some would guess Alsace./

  September 23, 2010 - A delightful gewurztraminer, with typical lychee and pepper, but in a more subtle style than most California examples, and bone dry. I generally prefer a drop of sweetness, but this one is exceptionally delicate and well-balanced. Medium length, very pleasant finish. Excellent QPR, and a great wine for summer sipping. A case disappeared very quickly. Had the last bottle alongside a 2008, which is less exciting.
