April 12, 2012 - Slightly cloudy pale gold with a tinge of green visually. When tasted cold it's more lemony. When it warms up a bit it tastes richer. But either way it's nice. Gorgeous packaging too with a very cool label and a white wax treatment on top of the cork. I like it.

October 27, 2009 - Nose: alcohol and pear - slight honeysuckle. Taste: smooth chablis like with crushed rock and finish of mineral. Color - light chardonnay. Very nice white burgundy like chardonnay.

December 30, 2008 - Very nice Chardonnay. Nice fruit and floral notes on the nose. Good acid balance and mouthfeel. Had this with pecan crusted salmon w/leek sauce. It was very nice.
