July 29, 2022 - Popped and poured. Nomacorc. Intense pear aroma. Crisp flavors of pear, stone fruit, minerals. Slightly bitter apricot pit in the finish. Refreshing, firm backbone, some complexity, great staying power. Lovely wine for a hot summer night.
