October 10, 2022 - A very enjoyable assyrtiko. Taken on recommendation by a somm in Corfu when we described what style of wine we liked. Familiar with the grape but hadn’t come across this producer before. Golden, notes of lychee, tropical fruit and a whiff of vanilla from oak ageing. Good tail. Still obviously young but this matched up perfectly well with first class grilled seafood.
