October 9, 2023 - I think I caught this bottle at an awkward moment. Very ripe and sweet on opening, it took until day 3 for the wine to snap into focus a bit and the acidity to emerge. Hints of citrus, white fruit, and herbs -- surprisingly dense considering '21 is such a lean and acidic vintage. If anything, I wished this wine was a little tarter and acid forward. Strange. I'm going to bury my remaining bottles and not revisit for several years.

Very young and zings the teeth / palate

July 15, 2022 - So racy, quite sweet kabinett - nearly like the style of a piesporter goldtrofchen, low in alcohold (7,5%), but high in intensity. Flowers, fruitiness, elderflower.
