August 12, 2023 - Nothing to get excited about here...but serviceable with light seafood or crustaceans. Pale yellow to the stem. Light whiffs of floral elements and citrus. Under ripe apple and lime pith on the simple palate. A tad hollow and abrupt on the back end. A basic offering from Galicia.
