  January 4, 2024 - Quickie drink in the neighbourhood post work. Tasted blind.
  Appearance is clear, medium intensity, yellow gold colour. Legs.
  Nose medium- intensity, with rather neutral feel - some yellow peach, yellow tropical melon fruit. Developing.
  On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium+ body. Palate is where it shows medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of dense yellow fruit - yellow peach, yellow pear, tropical melon, nuttiness feel that I feel is bordering oxidative. Some mineral underneath. Simple medium+ finish.
  Good density, but overall doesn't really move my excitement dial. Feels older than a 2020.

  October 7, 2023 - Crunchy and juicy, some pears, lightly floral, nutty reductiveness, and white orchard fruits, laced with them natty vibes. Apparently from two parcels, one in Vezelay and one in Puligny-Montrachet from 40 year old vines. Ageing is for 18 months in barrel, 15% new
