  July 25, 2018 - Brunello Blind night at ES BK. Tasted blind over 3 hours.
  Appearance is clear, deep intensity, garnet colour. Legs.
  Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of mushrooms, earth, spice, leather, toasty wood becoming chocolaty cocoa powder with more air. Developed.
  On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), resolved dusty high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet tea leaves, mushrooms, savoury earth, tobacco, red plums, dark red cherries, cocoa powder. Long finish.
  Very good quality. Complex and classic, just lacking a bit of acidic lift. Drink up and enjoy.
  Aged 3 years in botti of various sizes of both Salvonian and Allier oak.
  Vineyards located in the unofficial subzone of Sant'Angelo.

  November 15, 2009 - Classic brunello, leathery, slight tar but plenty of berry. Great legs and velvety on the tongue. Cant wait to enjoy the next one.
