February 27, 2024 - 87.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4.5% Malbec, 3% Cabernet Franc, 3% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot. Decanted an hour but should of gone much longer.
Blackberry, tobacco, menthol, black olive, leather, cedar, bursting with baking spice.

December 18, 2023 - A nice wine that still needs time isn’t the bottle. I would hold for at least 2-3 years. Cheers

December 16, 2023 - Two hour decant. Very deep dark electric magenta color. Apricot-infused chocolate cake and cassis dominate right now. Dry, plush, full bodied palate. Full tannins on the longish finish.
This is young, a touch tart, and austere. It will certainly improve. I’d suggest waiting a year and give it a 3-4 hour decant.2 people found this helpful Comments (3) -
