February 9, 2023 - Double decanted. Nose was initially like medicinal cherry cough syrup but this quickly dissipated. Young but good structure. Great value

February 5, 2023 - Youthful and untamed! Wildly divergent nose. Dusty and gravely with red cherry and tart cranberry up front. With air, blueberry muffin, kettle corn, and cooling mint. After a pause, blackberry, dried fig and wild mushroom alongside red apple and toasted cinnamon. Palate is tart and remarkably dry with firm tannins. Cranberry and cherry give way to heavily spiced apple pie. Loads of potential, but this needs some more time to mature and level before enjoying!
