October 25, 2023 - Restaurant by the glass. Previous two notes echo my impressions. Peachy stonefruit and smokey, flintiness ahead of some texture. Not a great deal of grip though. Can see it developing ok over the medium term. Something different for a change. Nice.

Pronounced nose of citrus, candied sweet lemon, botanicals, honey
Med acidity, med+ body
Flavours of yellow pear, stone fruit, white peach, flint and touch of smoke.

Nose: light lemon and white flowers
Palate: grapefruit, lemon and honeysuckle on palate. Hints of ginger. Mineral backbone. Textural.
Amphora and barrel influences play off each other. Has so much promise, can tell this is going to add more depth as years go on. Excellent now
