May 6, 2023 - Decanted. Now 2h after decant. Shy aromas of sea air, a bit of iodine, sea shells, tart apples and a bit of lemon. Palate w fantastic seah shells and minerals, tart apples, a bit of lemon, seaweed, Medium body w excellent acids. Mildly waxy mouthfeel. Nice finish of tart fruit, minerals and seaweed. Delicious now but this is young and there's a lot of material underneath. Really interested to see how this ages. Open next two bottles over the next 10 yrs. 91+

January 1, 2023 - New Year's Day dinner at East Bistro: An almost clear colour. Absolutely bone-dry, very linear with tangy citrus fruits. No signs of underripeness or thinness, clean saline finish. Great value and would make a great foil for grilled seafood.
