December 28, 2023 - From 75cl, dry natural cork broke on extraction (why? Haven’t Chablis producers learned anything at all from the cork disasters a decade ago?) P+P. Acceptable entry level Chardonnay, could be from anywhere. Basic Bourgogne ordinaire? Perhaps it’s just much too young. Time will tell (as shall I, having bought a case) 87P(?)

October 17, 2023 - PNP, fridge temp. Flinty nose, faint lemon, faint stone fruit. Just slightly tart taste. Smooth. No discernible wood. Long finish.

January 15, 2023 - Absolutely fantastic, especially on day 2. Had it at the new temporary housing and it showed great avidity, nose, and depth of flavor.
