June 10, 2023 - Three Michelin Star Wine Pairing - Restaurant Amador - Vienna (Vienna, Austria): Lunch wine pairing @ Restaurant Amador in Vienna. WOTN! This dessert wine has more minerality than sauternes. Same nose though. Structured, great on its own! The somm is from Hungary and I am glad he has introduced me to this wine which I was not aware of until this lunch. Just ordered some for my cellar!

February 21, 2023 - This is way better that the 2015, with the right balance between sweetness and acidity for me. This is drinking well now and will only improve with age.

Mjög góður eftirréttur. Oremus vínið var mjög fínt með. Þó það næði ekki alveg upp í klassann á fimmunni sem við fengum í smakkinu sjálfu.
