September 9, 2022 - Almost waste to open now but I wanted to try it. So nuanced and complex. Expressive aromatics that changed with the temperature of the wine. Brioche when colder, more caramel as it warmed up, peaking at an entire nose full of waffles and maple syrup. Didn't take too long to open but I feel like this can offer so much more with more cellar time. Good palate too
