starts elegant but proceeds to show firm and long on the lemon. quite potent with nice lactic goodness of the finish creeping in. really nice.

Initial nose of lemon peel, minerality, sweet baking spice. There’s a nice balance of fresh citrus followed by the warm but subtle oak spice. The finish is crisp with good minerality.

Medium alcohol, medium- body, medium+ acidity. It’s a fine village level wine that is approachable but has elegance and finesse. Arguably punches above its weight.
