  October 1, 2023 - Pale yellow colour, smells of freshly cut grass, quince and a little bit of petrol, full body, dry, but not in a harsh way, in the mouth quince, mirabelle and a little bit of petrol, first glass has a little bit of acidity, the second glass has a nice and crisp acidity, in the aftertaste quince, mirabelle, a little bit of petrol and a little bit of acidity, good length (15 sec), great Riesling.

  May 20, 2023 - Pale golden colour, smells of petrol and apricot with a little bit of quince in the background, medium to full body, has a certain residual sugar, so more off-dry, in the mouth quince and a little bit of petrol, second glass has great and crisp acidity, in the aftertaste quince, a little bit of mirabelle and a little bit of petrol, good length (15 sec), really good Riesling.

  April 15, 2022 - Pale yellow colour, smells of quince and mirabelle, medium body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the mouth quince and mirabelle, the third glass has a nice medium acidity, in the aftertaste quince, mirabelle and a little bit of acidity, good length (15 sec), good Riesling, will even be better next year for sure, now it’s not yet fully mature.
