December 16, 2023 - Very fresh. Bit of apple, plenty citrus, mainly lemon. Some yeastiness. Bit of creme pat too. Clean bright, good acidity. Fine bubbles. Very enjoyable.

July 20, 2023 - Good but lacks a little, especially on the finish where is a little bitter. It's got a vibrant acidity to it, brioche and apple notes. I like it. I don't love it. This style is familiar and evocative for me, which wins points, but... but something.
