June 28, 2023 - Happy to finally try a wine from Nicolas Jacob. At the moment I am writing this, there are only 4 bottles on Cellar Tracker. Says it all. Typical Jura with a honey/pollen finish. The acidity isn't over-powering, it's quite balanced. There nose has a little je-ne-sais quoi. Is it mint? oranges? Anyways, great wine.
