January 10, 2024 - First time experiencing a soldera. The nose is of cherries, rose petals and thyme and sage. The wine has a tinge of sweetness but it is well balanced and the tannins are soft. The finish is long and complex, I get aged black tea notes like pu-erh. Woody and some sweetness.
