June 28, 2023 - Drinking pure electricity (bye bye teeth enamel). Super long finish - I could still taste the residuals twenty minutes later after my first sip. This made a 2011 Lauer Schonfels Fass 11 (which is a great wine) feel rounded and almost clunky.
