June 26, 2023 - While it doesn't show clear signs of being too young... I am glad I have one more bottle to let it rest for awhile.
Dark bright red color with a lot of purple.
Medium plus body. Medium acidity. Medium minus tanines. Can age further. Relatively smooth. I think it is ready to drink... but 🥺
Nicely aromatic. Barrels. Red and black fruits. Spices.
Rich & full on the palate: dark chocolate, coffee, plum, blackberries, strawberries, pomegranate, leather, mushrooms, pepper, licorice, anise.
Nice wine & a great VFM🍷
