March 11, 2024 - Another solid 91 Pointer. Just another solid and well-rounded (but BIG) wine! If, key word is, IF I could let these sit & relax for a couple years, they would easily be a 92 Pointer. Maybe I need to get more and see if I can just ignore them. 😂

March 4, 2024 - This wine is always very big, And powerful! This vintage is no different. Very powerful aroma, and mouthfeel. Lots of black fruit, earth, and oak.

January 26, 2024 - nice Cali Cab, but a little more fruit forward than I prefer. I'll also note that the glass bottle is one of the heaviest in my cellar (purchased online, so no way to judge weight), which is certainly a waste of packaging and shipping costs.

August 26, 2023 - Calla Lily Estate Ultimate Cab + Audax: Medium ruby color with expansive aromas of blackberry, cassis, cedar wood, anise, menthol, and oak spice with a hint of violet. On the palate, it's medium bodied with juicy, refreshing acidity and fine-grained, well integrated tannins with ripe blackberry, cassis, and a hint of boysenberry, extra dark chocolate, vanilla, and mint flavors with a long finish. Blend of 79.6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8.3% Cabernet Franc, 8.1% Merlot, 3.8% Petit Verdot, and 0.2% Malbec. Raised in 40% new French Oak for 24 months. 632 cases| 14.3% abv| SRP - $65
