December 11, 2022 - Light, pale gold in color with a fine delicate & constant mousse. Full, fragrant & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of green apples, lemons/limes & pears with overtones of floral & yeasty/brioche notes, almonds, minerals & stony. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured yet zesty, ripe fruit flavors of green apples, Meyer lemons & pears with yeasty/bread, minerals & stony. Long lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present but should continue to evolve with a few more years of additional aging.
