November 16, 2023 - Dark ruby color.
Mushroomy-earthy notes on the nose with some olive, dark red fruits, creamy notes.
Cherry-raspberry flavor, with oaky notes.
I think the smell is a lot more interesting than the flavor, but it's well balanced. -

June 26, 2023 - tannins and acid but not overwhelming. earthy aroma but not taste. Slight plum, slight tea. Flavor is pretty light so next bottle we will drink with a meal. Underwhelmed with flavor.
