  September 23, 2023 - Good flavor, light pink color, bubbles are not strong, good balance with some complexity, drank with fish stew with monkfish, shrimp, and clams, a great value, actually it never says cava on the label, -Spanish sparkling wine- will drink again. Disgorged 2/17/2023.

  August 21, 2023 - A light, dry cava that belies its rose color, good bubbles, drank as an aperitif and with lobster salad, a good value, will drink again, disgorged 3/23.

  September 20, 2020 - Wild salmon in color, this sparkling wine reveals focused aromas of tart strawberry, orange rind, wild cherry and anise on the nose. The mouth feel is medium bodied with brisk acidity and more strawberry elements. The finish is very well balanced with the high acidity and fruit in pleasant balance. 12% abv.
  
  Purchased for $16US, this is a delicious wine that is well balanced. Every sip and taste leaves you wanting more.
