  March 28, 2024 - Strawberries, roses, and dusty funk. Unmistakably Italian on the nose. Med+ tannin and acidity enhance the deceptively light looking body. Fantastic medium palate length.

  December 22, 2023 - Far too young.
  
  A lot going on, but 90% of the aromas are of dark cherry 🍒 candy. The wine needs a lot of coaxing in order to get to the complexities wrapped up in the intense fruit and the tannic wall hidden behind said fruit. After having enjoyed most vintages of Pin, from the golden days with a bit of CS in them, this represents a more sun kissed version with lower acidity.
  
  Excellent today for fruit lovers.
  
  Better in 10-15 years for us wine drinkers 😜

  October 24, 2023 - For me this is dominated by flavours of blue fruit, think blueberry and plum. There is an edge of reddish fruit adding some freshnesss. The balance, as usual with La Spinetta wines, is excellent. Complexity is good with some licorice, dark floral and dried herbs hints. Tannins are smooth and modest. A clean, well made, pleasant, juicy and easy drinking blend of Nebbiolo and Barbera.
