May 7, 2023 - Den er et godt sted nu. Frugtsyre - som før var lovlig fremtrædende - er nu integregeret og i balance med frugten. Den virker moden på en ungdommelig måde. Den er relativt let i udtrykket, men kunne dog godt hamle op med en grillet ribeye.
