August 7, 2023 - Four hour decant. Very deep dark, yet bright (or intense), magenta color. Blackberry, Sachertorte (think devils food cake filled with orange marmalade), Neapolitan ice cream, and subtle butterscotch. Smooth, tongue drying, full bodied palate. Firm, full, modestly grippy tannin on the longish finish.

This is youthful, but a very fun drinker. Likely could have handled a 6+ hour decant.
