March 29, 2024 - PnP, consumed over 2 hours. Appearance: Clear, pale-medium lemon. Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity with aromas of hay, tropical fruit - mango and pineapple, bees wax, acacia, and wet stone. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium body, medium intensity, 13.5% abv with developing flavors of pear, mango, and gooseberry with a medium+ finish.

March 14, 2024 - Pale straw yellow in color. Full, fragrant & attractive nose of ripe aromas of citrus notes of lemons/limes, grapefruit with wet stones & gravel, beeswax, flinty, minerals, some floral notes & a hint of grassiness in the background. Medium-light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe citrus fruit flavors of lemons/limes, white grapefruit, mineral driven with gravel/stony notes & a slight touch of honey in the background. Lingering crisp & dry finish. Drinks quite well at present but should develop further with additional aging. A blend of 84% Sauvignon Blanc & 16% Semillon from Knights Valley in Sonoma County.

February 3, 2024 - Nice. Apricot up front at first, pear, lemon and refreshingly light.

April 5, 2023 - Wines Before / At / After a Passover Seder (The Krengels - Bannockburn IL): Small glass. Distinctly grassy aromas with lemony flavors, this came across as slightly bitter but also warm on the finish. Not my style of Sauv Blanc.

April 1, 2023 - Fine but like their reds better.
