January 27, 2023 - A heavier version of Pinot. Ruby, nose of red berries and floral aromas. Medium acidity and viscosity. A tad bit of the oak, some mild chocolate bitterness. Overall everything works in a good way. My first time tasting the St. Laurent varietal, but not the last. No wonder Jancis Robinson is so high on this grape.
