  September 16, 2017 - I've had this bottle in my cellar for many years since I purchased it. Seeing the most recent tasting note, I was concerned that it might be over the hill when I opened it last night to go with prime rib steaks. I wasn't disappointed. It was outstanding and went great with the steaks. Got better the longer it was open. My only regret is that Picchetti stopped shipping to Virginia some years ago, so I can't get their wines anymore.

  June 11, 2010 - Good Cab. A little tart at the beginning. It needed some time to breath. Got better as time went on. Definitely to be recommended. It tasted very good and went well with the piece of meat we had.
